PlayOsmo from BYJU'S

Have no doubts, designing for kids as an adult is close to impossible. Having designed physical and digital products for adults my whole life, designing games for kids at this scale was a slight departure for me but I could not resist taking the plunge again after my stint at PlayShifu.

At Osmo-BYJU'S, I was working between the art, UI/UX engineering teams to make some great learning and playing experiences for kids between the age of 5-12 yrs. Conceptualising, brainstorming and then taking the games from paper prototypes to hi fidelity/playable live experiences for kids has been one of my most satisfying and endearing design efforts. Although making products that brings joy and educates and empowers kids to learn and understand topics like math, reading, geography, culture, coding etc. is no child's play, the journey makes sure to instil the need to keep safe your inner child.

Osmo Projector

Worked on the redesigning an award winning product that has seen a huge change in the way teachers/ parents/ guides can access, connect and deliver lessons digitally yet in the most human way possible.
